- Most Provo homes allow one family or up to 3 unrelated adults. Some neighborhoods allow 2 or 4, and Provo offers a zone verification to confirm the limit for a specific address.
- Parking
- Provo sets minimum parking for licensed rentals, and required parking must be on the same lot.
